A lifetime guarantee protects your purchase providing no unusual abuse or damage is detected. Prongs must be intact. Any manufacturing defect causing a stone to fall out or loosen will be corrected at no charge.

Our Unconditional Guarantee

Every item we handle is fully protected for life for its original purchase price towards a trade in of another item of greater value providing the item traded is in its original condition. Wear & tear or alterations made to that item may affect the trade in value. The conditions found within the Purchase Agreement may apply to this at the time of the Trade.

Purchase Agreement

Every In Stock item purchased comes with an unconditional money back guarantee. We will honor the quality and price for that item for thirty (30) days. A full refund will be given providing no changes or alteration to an In Stock item have been made. Alterations to a returned item, Special orders, Repairs, or Special Conditional Sales will result in an In store merchandise credit unless an agreement or special arrangement has been secured in advance of the purchase. A returned item must be in its original form. Engraving, size alterations, special orders, repairs, or special conditional sales may not be refunded in full.

Reductions to a credit or refund may occur if alterations or changes to an item exist. We reserve the right to refuse a returned item when necessary.

Any refunded items purchased through the mail are subject to postage and handling charges.
