A full refund will be given providing NO CHANGES or ALTERATIONS have been made to that item. A returned item MUST be in its ORIGINAL FORM. Engraving, size alterations, special orders, repairs, or special conditional sales may not be refunded in full. Reductions to a credit of refund MAY occur if alterations or changes to an item exist. Any refunded items purchased throught the mail are subject to POSTAGE AND HANDLEING charges.
