"I have a beloved Tiffany Tesoro watch that stopped. I took it to the flagship store in NYC, which sent it to their service center in Long Island. Upon inspection, they told that they no longer make parts for my watch and that it would cost several hundred dollars to clean and service it, but they would not be able to return it to water resistance.
They also said that going forward they probably wouldn’t even service it because it was so old. I told them to send it back to me and I would figure out something else. Yesterday I took Northern Light Gems. They put a new battery in it and ordered an Omega gasket that should work in lieu of a Tiffany gasket. The cost will be de minimus."
